Hello, I am Michelle - and I offer intuitive healing and guidance through energy.

Like many healers, I have walked the path that has led me to this place and time. Being brought up by a narcissistic mother defined much of my childhood and adulthood in terms of relationships with self, friends, partners, and work colleagues. It has taken a lot of determination and facing some brutal truths to break the generational cycle and to regain myself, who had been lost among the layers and the expectations others had of me. Of course, I played the game well, knowing how to let go of my interests and needs.

In all of this, my healing gifts have shone through, and after an amazing retreat, I found my voice and released my fear of being seen. This is how Healing at 24 came about - to offer intuitive healing and guidance through my hands and readings. It has been amazing to find out that it had been hidden within me, and the unravelling has been both challenging and rewarding.

The Reflective Educator has come about from many, many years of frustration working in the early childhood sector. Where I honestly reacted from my wounding and seeing the same in other teachers. It has taken a lot of healing and realising the honesty of the part I had played. The lessons were harsh! But going from chaos to connection allowed me the grace to help others in the same situation.

The Healing at 24 and The Reflective Educator are two parts of me. And that is where the guidance I received for Luminous Roots Healing - to shine the light and be rooted/grounded in our healing to heal our mind, soul, body, and emotions.

I am a parenting facilitator, having done courses in the community and in prisons. Through years of endurance events (triathlons and ultramarathons), I have learnt about nutrition, mindset, and training, which led me to coaching other athletes.
